I don't know a whole lot about this one, but it appears to be made out of a combination of new and original parts. It is NOT a CVA kit. That's everyone's first assumption, but when you set it side-by-side with a CVA or Traditions, it is dramatically different. The stock is walnut. It has some checks in the muzzle end. Barrel is .32 cal and the flats look like they could be hand-filed. I'm not sure of the quality of the rifling inside. Might be best to re-bore it or use as a wall hanger, though the previous owner used it for reenacting and fired blanks out of it. The lock is most certainly original. It is obviously hand-made and hand-engraved. It works very nicely. The butt plate and trigger guard seem to be repros, maybe. Not sure. The value here is primarily in the lock, though I think it would be possible to re-stock it and make a very nice gun. All the hardware is there. $400 plus shipping and insurance.
